To start your paper, begin with this document formatted according to APA style.  NOTE: Liberty students…you will need a title page that includes ALL that APA requires PLUS your course/section, your documentation style (in this case, APA), and your declared degree.
(In an undergrad nursing course? You will need to make changes according to the department's formatting rules. 
This is a formatted document for UNDERGRAD NURSING COURSES ONLY.  Be sure to see your own institution’s writing center for samples that relate to expectations from your university.
